About MANÍA Cafe
Why our coffee called "specialty coffee"?
Specialty Coffee is a natural Arabica that has been rated at least 80 points out of 100 according to the international SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) rating system.
The rating is carried out by Q-graders, specialists certified by the CQI (Coffee Quality Institute) based on indicators taken from 350 grams of one lot.
Only about 10% of Arabica collected worldwide receives 80 points. That is why specialty is a tasting bean with nuances when brewing.
Not everyone can brew these varieties correctly. It is better to let either an enthusiast who regularly brews filter coffee and espresso at home, or a professional barista, near them.
